Steps to install Internet Control Server:

download the ISO image of the free demo of Internet Control Server (sorry, the system is only in Russian at the moment),
burn this image onto a CD-ROM,
back-up information from the target computer if needed,
boot this computer from CD-ROM, Internet Control Server should install itself automatically,
start using Internet Control Server to do traffic accounting and Internet connection control!
